As a big brother, the SP 250-S V3 has the same features as the SP 110-S V3. In addition, the machine offers longer clamping tables and even better clamping jaws, extended analysis options, parallel height adjustment, a collapsible transport box and external fuses.

SP 250-S V3 is suitable for all AGRU pipe components between OD 90 mm (3“) and OD 250 mm (10“). The weldable materials include PVDF-UHP, PVDF, PP-R, PP-H, PP-Pure, Polypure, ECTFE, PFA, Poly-Flo, HV-Liner and PE 100-RC piping systems. Based on AGRU´s long standing welding experience, welding parameters for each material are defined and pre-programmed on the machine.

Mechanical vertical and horizontal adjustment of the clamps for precise, tension-free alignment of the welding zone and lowest offset.

All welding parameters predefined by AGRU, such as temperature, joining pressure and welding times, are constantly monitored, controlled  logged and regulated depending on ambient temperature, which is also constantly measured. QA/QC guidelines for evaluating welds and precise bead measurement by an integrated calliper guarantee excellent and reliable weld quality for each material.
