Successful Wings for Life World Run in Bad Hall

63 members of Team AGRU & Friends showed their support for this worthy cause by running a total of an impressive 688 kilometers (428 miles). With this performance, Team AGRU & Friends ranked 165th in the worldwide team standings. AGRU Kunststofftechnik GmbH, a company specializing in the production of plastic piping systems and semi-finished products, was proud to serve as the venue for this important event.

Participants of Team AGRU & Friends displayed an impressive team effort and demonstrated the company's values such as collaboration, commitment, and social responsibility. By participating in the Wings for Life World Run, they helped raise awareness of spinal cord injuries and the need for research and a cure.

The Wings for Life World Run is a unique running event, as there is no fixed distance. Instead, a so-called "Catcher Car" follows the runners at a constant pace, gradually increasing its speed throughout the race. Once the Catcher Car catches up with a participant, their personal race is over. The race continues until the last runner is caught by the Catcher Car.
