Deliberate false reports and/or denigration of persons is not permitted under any circumstances and can lead to legal consequences.

Other reports
Personnel matters, questions of a general nature or personal complaints may not be reported using this system, but should be discussed with your direct supervisor or the Human Resources department.

After submitting a report
Each report is checked and an initial assessment is made. If the report is relevant, appropriate investigations are initiated.
